I am familiar with most common PC hardware and software. I have worked with various computers and operating systems most of my life. I have built numerous systems from scratch for myself and for my previous employer, including 3 dual processor server tower systems. I am familiar with Windows XP Professional and the Windows OS family.

Desktop - Install, setup, diagnose, and parts swap
Laptop - Install, setup, diagnose, and parts swap
Printer - Install, setup, and diagnose
Software - Install, setup, and diagnose
Cabling Cat 5e T568A/B and some Fiber - Install, setup, and diagnose

I am also familiar with webcasting and streaming media practices with Windows Media Encoder.

I also did some beta testing with Microsoft Vista, as well as project research for a Microsoft Embedded XP device. I am now beta testing Windows 7 ( both Beta build 7000 and RC build 7100), which will replace Vista.

I have some experience with Linux, and try to add to this every chance I get.
